Janice has been involved in the real estate industry since 1999, when she acted as a Director of Marketing & Sales for a relocation firm in Toronto. As a ranking top salesperson, Janice's father suggested that she pursue her real estate licence. She listened, and moved on to sell new condos, then residential resale properties. She consequently won multiple sales awards from her first year selling back in 2000. An accomplished agent and formerly ranked in the top 8% of Prudential Realtors worldwide, Janice’s success is due in part to her leadership, enthusiasm, positive attitude, eagerness to learn, results-oriented outlook and excellent problem-solving skills.
